By accessing or using the EduASK platform, including browsing the website, creating an account, enrolling in courses, completing assessments, or receiving certificates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

In such cases, the content remains hosted on the original platform, the creator retains all ownership rights, and EduASK functions only as a referencing interface. EduASK may respond by updating attribution, modifying references, or removing the reference. EduASK retains discretion regarding the final action taken.
EduASK does not claim affiliation with creators, brands, or organizations mentioned in educational materials unless explicitly stated. References to companies or technologies are provided solely for educational illustration.
Certificates issued by EduASK represent completion of a platform-based learning module or assessment. Certificates demonstrate participation, completion of course materials, and successful assessment performance. EduASK certificates are not equivalent to academic degrees or professional licenses.
EduASK does not guarantee employment, internships, or career advancement. Completion of courses or possession of EduASK certificates does not guarantee job offers, hiring by companies, salary increases, or academic credit recognition. Users are responsible for verifying credential acceptance with employers.
Users must not use EduASK certificates to falsely claim government accreditation, university degree equivalence, or professional licensing. EduASK reserves the right to revoke certificates used in misleading ways.
Users must not misuse platform services, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, harass other users, or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
EduASK promotes respectful and inclusive learning. The following are prohibited: harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and abusive communication. Accounts violating these standards may be suspended.
EduASK strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or external disruptions. EduASK is not liable for such interruptions.
EduASK does not guarantee that educational content is completely accurate or current. Users should independently verify critical information before relying on it professionally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduASK shall not be liable for employment outcomes, financial losses, academic decisions, reliance on platform materials, or disputes between users and creators. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
All original platform materials including platform design, course frameworks, assessments, branding elements, and software systems are the intellectual property of EduASK. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduASK and its operators from claims or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted under the applicable arbitration laws of the governing jurisdiction. Arbitration shall replace court litigation except where prohibited by law.
Users agree that disputes with EduASK must be resolved individually. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitration proceedings, or collective legal actions.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which EduASK operates. Any disputes shall be resolved under those legal frameworks.
EduASK reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or harmful conduct.
EduASK may update these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updates. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
